Welcome to V2M Inc. ("V2M," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy
Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information
when you use the V2M One mobile application ("App"). By using the
App, you consent to the practices described below.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect

Vehicle make, model, and VIN (used only for vehicle
identification; not considered personal data under most laws).
- Car sound recordings and related diagnostic analysis.
- Device information (operating system, device identifiers).
- Connection data (IP address, Bluetooth).
- Application activity and performance logs.
Location Data
We only request location access during test drives, and solely to
ensure diagnostic accuracy. Location information is not used for any
other purpose.

Approximate or precise location (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or mobile
network) when necessary for test drives and diagnostic accuracy.
Account Information

Email address and password (for account registration and login).

Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) processed only on
your device; never stored or transmitted by V2M. Biometric data is
processed only locally on your device by Apple or Google.
V2M never has access to this data.
How We Use Information
- Provide and improve our vehicle sound diagnostics service.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Authenticate users securely.

Connect with vehicles via Bluetooth and ensure App functionality.
- Maintain security and prevent unauthorized activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Provide technical support and customer service.
What We Do Not Collect
- Names, addresses, or other personal identifiers.

Payment card data (all payments are processed by App Store /
Google Play). Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App
Store or Google Play; V2M never receives or stores credit card
details.

Company data or KYC documentation (handled separately under B2B
contracts).
Sharing Of The Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared
only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted vendors who
support hosting, analytics, or authentication.

Legal Requirements: To comply with applicable
laws or lawful requests.

Business Transactions: If V2M is involved in a
merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services,
typically up to 24 months, unless required otherwise by law.

Account data (email, VIN) is retained while your account is
active.

Diagnostic data may be retained for service improvement, unless
you request deletion.
- Biometric data is never stored by V2M.

Location and IP data are stored only as long as needed for
functionality and security.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent for location tracking.
- Request data portability.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of
personal data (note: V2M does not sell data).

Children's Privacy
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided
us with information, please contact us and we will delete it
promptly.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain
jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If
we discover such collection, we will delete the data promptly.
International Data Transfers
Data may be stored on servers located in the United States, the
European Union, and other regions. We apply safeguards to ensure
compliance with GDPR, UAE Law, and other applicable regulations.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence,
including in the United States. We ensure such transfers comply with
relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and UAE Federal Law
No. 45 of 2021.
Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, secure
transmission, and restricted access. However, no method of storage
or transmission is completely secure.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted
in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after
changes means you accept the updated Policy.
